Zephyr tank bike

A friend of mine picked this up at the "transfer station" Looks like those ladies bikes will come in handy for donor parts. At least for once the good stuff, tank, rack, cranks, chaingurd and fenders are intact. Missing the badge though..

The rack is kind of neat, supported by the rear fender,

This will be a good project for the dead of winter. cant find much info on this one.

Sweet find! It's a Huffy/Huffman made bike- that fender supported carrier was a peculiar feature some sported. Very cool!

Chris, thanks for the info, i found the Huffman info as well. I've kind of got family tree going on, 1890's Davis Tandem, the Huffman tank bike i picked up this summer and now cousin Zephyr arrives.
