This bicycle is listed locally and seems to have a interesting history, would it be worth picking up for 750? Its a 1941, ive been trying to find info and this is what a friend came up with.

I've never heard of that promo, but it sure is cool. I do remember the Blue Horse writing tablets that we used to have to use in primary school.
 
Columbia built
Purists might agree that it is a Westfield-built Columbia bike; the rear fender decal reads that it is a Westfield product.
Not sure if promotional prizes constitute a separate model, such as a "Blue Horse" badged bicycle?
