The curved top bar, apparently an addition, is what drew me to this $55 Craigslist find. I don't know who manufactured this frame, but I've taken some pics and hope you experts out there can identify it. No name on the headbadge, Komet coaster hub, paisley chainwheel.

Thanks, if you can help.

Judging by the tall head tube, I’d guess that is a ladies bike with the mid bar flipped.

Either way, it looks cool.

Dropouts, frame and chain wheel look like late 50's Monark. The flipped top bar looks like they knew how to weld.

I really appreciate your help, guys. I'll assume it's a Monark, badged as a Western Flyer. Since the top bar is swirly, and the chainring is swirly, I'm going to build it with more swirly parts,

Swirly will work great! I thought they might have gotten the top bar from another bike because the curve didn't match the curve of the downtube, as women's bikes usually do. But then I looked for a 50's Monark and this shows the "swirlier" upper bar. So I think that's all original stuff on your bike except the seat and chainguard. There's probably chrome under the white paint on those rims too.

As for the year, I have this Monark serial number list that may show it. If you have a number I'll look it up. I need something to do while in quarantine awaiting results.
