    It has chair brand hubs, high flange front,roller brake 5 speed rear.araya wheels ,suntour honor derailleur,ko Shang shifter . Silver win stem.     With the cottered cranks, probably a West German made muscle bike. The band brake may have been added along with a lot of other things.
