It's a AMF made bike, sold through Western auto stores.. not alot of value but if you got it for the 40 or less then you didn't pay to much..

Thanks guys. As the add states it is ready to roll with a set of tubes (tires are cracked but need to be replaced soon too). Will hold on to it for a little while, but if I do part it will go on the site first.
