Western flyer I think

Maybe one of these. 1959 Roadmaster Skyrider. Or it could be a Western Flyer. You would need the headbadge and or chain guard to know what brand and model it was. The red paint job doesn't have any special markings to show any differences in models.
 
The chain guard was in pieces and unreadable but I’m thinking it was a western flyer not sure of model though
 
I found one 59 Western Flyer on ebay. It looks like Western Flyers didn't have a specific model name. But they did have a design on the chain guard and seat tube that was Western Flyer specific. The blue paint on yours looks like a quick spray job and may come off fairly easily from how the BB looks in your pics. The original red paint and trim may be salvagable.
These pics show the trim and also the headbadge. Even though yours isn't there, the badge outline may show, it's also Western Flyer specific. Also the chain guard is a slightly different shape than the other brands. You can compare yours to this one.
