Unusual Muscle Bike -- $40 (Pasadena, MD)

Any ideas as to what this bike is? Appears to be original, but for the fork and tires. I've posted the ad in case the bike is something unique and desirable...and the cost, of course. If nothing else, this could be an economical way to get some ape hangers and banana saddle.

Its a Ross. @Scribble built a Ross Barracuda in a recent-ish MBBO, and @CRASH did a beautiful adult size tribute to one (King Cuda...I think).
