Too late to enter?

I've been asked to build a "Monster Ray"-type bike for a friend's daughter's upcoming birthday in August. Prep has already started. I was going to create a build thread, but then I thought... why not? It won't win judging from what I've seen, but I thought "The more the merrier".

So... is it cool to jump in?

Only as far as it was finished at the end of the build-off, never got around to paint or upholstery, I admit I lost interest after I came off it so hard... Figured I was getting to old to be messing around like a little kid...
