Hmmmm. Hmmmmm. I really like these. Hmmmm. Hmmmm. I have 2 Klunkers in progress. Hmmmmmm. The powder coating man cannot feed his family without my business. Hmmmm. I like the Girvins. Are you sure you do not require the 1" steerer tube Girvins complete with a shock and spring. Hmmmm. I have that and yet I want the one you have. Hmmmm.

I would think its the 2nd gen of the Girvin witch i know you have a fetish for .
it has the spring and not the Plastic/rubber bushings and the brake flanges are welded in not pop rivets .
