This 24" on CL look like a good deal?

Does this look like a good deal? This post is on my local craigslist about once a month. It looks like a Sears Spyder but it is badged as an SR. Has:
Ten speed console shifter
Dual rear brakes
24” wheels (I could ride it)
Appears to be made by Murray
I thought I may get it and add a banana seat and possible a springer fork.

It is a Spyder 10 speed. Missing the banana seat and sissy. 10 speeds don't come up very often, I'm surprised someone hasn't snatched this up for the parts. The shifter is probably worth $75. I think sears changed to this head badge in '69 or '70. Bike has possibly been repainted. Be worth grabbing if you were going to keep and ride especially if you could get it for a few $$ cheaper.lol
