It's a straight-bar cleaveland welding frame, everything else is up in the air though.
Here's a very early mock-up, with just a couple of wheels on it.

cool glad to see you jump into the frey. i love that frame good luck and knowing how tall you are i see why you named it that :D

wow! glad to see you in here! cant wait to see her done(yeah think its appropriately named for some one over 6' on a 24" bike :shock: )great start

I like how the rear stays come into the dropouts. Like a massive looptail.

Sounds to me like you need a set of custom 3' apes! Nice frame but I think the chain is toast.
 
Well I haven't really had any updates until now, but this is the final mock-up before paint, I'm going to give is a really dark blue.
The fork was a from a ladies bike but I re-threaded it and cut it down.
I think that I'm going to want to do some more to it, but this is basically how it's going to be.
