Is anybody else super psyched for the start of the Muscle Bike Build Off on Sept 1! It will be my second build off ever, and my first attempt at a muscle bike. Found my bike I will start with on Sunday....got a theme rolling around in my head already! Let's hear it boys and girls...any others got ideas brewing?!

My first ever was MBBO#2 this will be my first actually using a Muscle bike.... I'm hoping I can pull off the paint scheme I have in mind, it will be another first for me.

Looking forward to it as well. This will be my first bike I'm building just for a build off. Should be fun!

I've got most of my parts ready. Will also be my second attempt.
As I said before mine will be more chopper, but will fit the criteria. Have a paint scheme in my head,we'll see how it goes. With school and work my progress will be slow, good thing we have 4 months.

I still have my Afterburner X53 project in mind. Just have to see if I have the time. If nothing else I may slap it together with no paint.
I still need to get the right sized bar or tubing for the floating sissy bar.

This bike has a coater brake & rear rim break also has a 3 speed nexus . I still want to put a stick shifter on it to finish it off. I also put a wire less computer on it for speed distance & time . It rides great
But the banana seat never dose get comfortable . I look forward to seeing all the cool bikes . [IMG][IMG][IMG]Now get your favorite 70s funk albums & build some cool bikes !

I'd hate to try steering the bike in the top pic.....but that afro is awesome.

I'm not painting my build..(1967 Huffy). I'm doing something fairly simple so I can hang out, chitty chat it up, fiddle fart around...etc.

I would have an easy time but I'm going to try to swap a 7 speed onto a '68 Stingray Jr for my kid...+ v-brakes...oy:eek:

Everyone seems to want to extend the wheelbase on muscle bikes, maybe I should build one that is shortened...

I just opened my tire that I got from B so I have to scrounge up my parts. I have a bike picked out that should turn some heads. Banana seat, apes and a fat rear tire...You know I got that!! [IMG]HE'S BACK YOU KWAZY WRATTERS!! PEACE
