Square Taper crank bolts

Do all square taper cranks use the same bolts? I have a set of Sugino GPs that I am going to use with a Tange Seiki BB.

Those do, 14mm or 8mm hex. Look for the "JIS" logo on vintage Asian parts for compatibility.

Campagnolo (and some older European) crank bolts are 15mm.

Sugino Crank Bolts are good, unless your spindle is and older threaded one and uses crank nuts instead.
