last time i posted i was in the process of getting the neck welded back on. since then ive made some changes like a 3 speed rear hub, no brakes!!!!
:shock:, fork braces, and i removed the rear fender. here it is

That sproket has to make for some real EASY pedaling.

actually the gear ratios in that hub are kinda weird so pedaling effort is pretty normal.

That looks great! Have you considered adding a banana seat? It might be more comfortable, and I bet you could find a ragged one cheap that would really add to the looks. A black one with orange or gold stripes would be sweet. :wink:
