It shouldn't slip. They are a pain to get installed and don't really ride that well.
 
Solid wheelchair tires are a very hard ride, but wheelchairs also came in a gray pneumatic tire.
 
yea, I figured it would be a little rough. :shock: ..also, they appear to be weird sized.... :| :|
 
thanks. I have a tire I got from work. Brand new, headed for the dumpster because the wheel was cracked... :roll:

They are usually 24x1 3/8" or 650c.
