It's become one of my absolute faves because
1. of course...I built it
2. I actually finished it ...amazing.
3. It's so much fun to ride

As I've said...I owe it to discovering one of your awesome builds on a random search one time Luke, and that lead me to this site.
I lurk on here for at least an hour every evening...
the whole experience, the innovation, the craftsmanship of my peers here has forced me to improve my skills 100 fold in just the last year.
It's elevated a hobby into a passion...or at the very least, an obsession lol.

built this one w all 68 krate parts except seat cover

I took a 99 repop (last of the good ones) and a new 5 sp running gear and front newer atom brake . ok for no stick shift

Good try...but eyes go straight to the Webcos . To be fair, they do drift down to check out the cool mag on the back of the screamer, but then...BANG!...right back to the Webcos

Just put this in fresh finds, but should be here too since I don't see many of them out there. Royce Union Muscle Bike. Not sure on date, but guessing like '68 since there are no reflectors on the pedals?

Such a strange frame geometry. Lugged construction. Sever curve to the middle bars which connect really low on the down tube.

THis bike is so original I can't believe it! Down to the grips!

Pedals are tiny, no reflectors. But even say Royce Union on them.

Such mojo with the saddle bag basket. Old chain and lock. Note the glitter tassle hanging off of it! That is a 20X2.125 rear tire. I almost think a 20X3 would fit if the fender braces were wider..

bit of that extra flair on the fender edge.

Got even better when I found a license plate with my name on it, and from FLA where I was born.

Mine probably started off like this one. I rescued it from going to the dump and fell in love with it. I left it as is and just regreased the bearings and cleaned out the kick brake and threw new white walls and tubes on it. I never wanted to change it at all. It's like it was back in the early 70s.
