I've been wanting to do a Klunker or Bomber based on a Schwinn DX for years, was just waiting for the right bike to come along. Finally got this '50 DX frame and decided it was time to do something about it.
I may still add a laid-back seat post, and possibly a double-clamp stem with a BMX handlebar, but for using mostly stuff I just had lying around, I'm good for now. Finally, a Bomber to call my own! :grin:
I'm really happy with the results, and I'm amazed about how nice it rides. :cool2:

1941 cwc, stumpjumper fork, Araya rims, drum brake rear, rim brake front, sakae cranks, VP pedals, 36 x 18 gearing, slingshot stem, atv bars, diacompe levers, solid aluminum seatpost, brooks b67. Awesome riding bike!
