Clean bike. Too bad the original seat is missing. Not thrilled about the cheap shifters and brakes either. Oh well.

Late 70's early 80's? Can't go wrong with a Paramount.

I think the Reynolds 531 tubing and the Campagnolo components gives the value of this bike.
