rollfast thrift shop find

scored this one today from a local thrift shop. 70 too much? just gonna clean and ride this crusty critter. if i can straighten the forks out that is! would this be a dp harris or a snyder built? maybe a 55 from the serial #. i think the deep maroon color will come back some. some nice old schwinn grips on it too. everything came apart real easy. even the neck and seat post!

Yep, Snyder built 'em, Harris sold 'em (they owned the Rollfast name). And it's a 55, though the year was stamped in reverse '40 - '56, so a '56 would have been stamped "65". -Adam
