Here it is. made with hand tools and a piece of scrap steel from work. Hub is from a Schwinn Spoiler (it's actually a little wider...need to spread the rear open to fit) and the brake is an Avid BB7. I'm using speed dial 7 levers too.

That's a nice rig you put together

It also looks like you installed some Manuel Beastly front brakes too.
 
Thank you for the compliments. I'm having a blast with this on the trails, on the street, and in the garage. 32/18 gearing is what I have and it works great for trails, but you spin out pretty quick on pavement. May put a set of my Crank Bros. Candy or Mallet C clipless pedals on to smooth out my spin for the road. I always pedal smoother while locked in.
 
Cool! How good are the front brakes? Kinda wanna do the same thing but more worried about just a back brake that works good. Nice job!
