Those should keep you busy for a while......The only way I can describe the feeling of "negative trail" is....When you turn the handle bars to the LEFT, the head tube and frame are trying to go RIGHT. Feels weird at first, but you quickly learn to adjust........Don't know what you're looking for, but I hope those sites help.
