Picked this up a few days ago, Had 27 inch lightweight rims on it and crank. removed those and cleaned it off a bit. Any ideas on the year or value as is.

Early 30's is my guess. The Pullman head badge was a different shape and the crown of the fork didn't extend to the truss rods in the late 30's.

That looks suspiciously like a schwinn built roadster late teens early twenties. I still can't get glasses until the 27th here's mine

If you're referring to the original post, it's both. Schwinn badged bikes as Pullman for a few decades, as well as Excelsior and a couple of other brands I don't recall offhand. The built by Arnold Schwinn & Co and other brand is clearly displayed on the headbadge
