Let me start off the prize pool. I still have one more of these books left over from the MBB05. It was cheaper to buy online and ship to some of the winners than send the actual books I already owned. Quite possible that will happen again. Anyway, I plan to dig up some more prizes. This one will go to my personal favourite build regardless of the voting results.

Not much but something, an Australian bush fire fighter who had been
to the USA to help fight fires over there gave me a couple of these. Will
be keeping one and donating this one to the winner, good luck to all!

    Ahhhh. I get it.

Will you be 'spanning' the continents with this prize or just 'down under'....? :cool2:

It could go anywhere in the world. It shouldn't cost tooo much to post via 'snail mail'. :39:
Wherever the slowest build is. o_O
    Last one finished.
The 'spanner in the works' is the fact that people might really want to win this and therefore hold off from submitting their 'Finished Bike Thread' right until the end, and then there'll be a surge of people submitting in the last minutes, causing the site to go down or perhaps just people not getting submitted in time. It could be chaos… or maybe not.

    :p

Will have to think up some prizes. Last time I sent some tees out via fleecebay.
    Maybe some handbuilt trophies.

Hmm, I have a couple sets of Huret Luxe wingnuts I was saving for myself. I'll toss a set in for the prize pool. tmp_2901-IMG_20160913_1810111302588101.jpg I like the looks of these, I'll probably be using the remaining set on Leg Day(if I ever get it back from the welder).

A club pin for the RUNNER UP! Hard to place a value on a 1 inch pin from our local bicycle club, but I think a second place finish gets you one. 3832028.jpg

I'm sure I can come up with something to add to the pool as well...
Being from Canada, it might be something maple syrupy or moose-y,
    eh!!

    Thanks Glen, PM forthcoming.
I know a few people kind of wanted this prize, so I'm a bit surprised there wasn't issues posting at the end.

Now I just have to decide who to vote for.

Now you have to convert to multispeed
and make that wrench into a shifter
    Congrats on making the finalists.

I think I'll go 3 speed on a new version of the bike.
Even thought about using that as a shift lever, but not sure what build.

The prize from @Pushie Pirate arrived today along with some extras he threw in!

    2017-04-19 14.19.02.jpg

Nos Muscle bike reflector, a saddle tool bag and a cool postcard from where he lives, which as you know from his ride pics, is simply beautiful!

I hope he doesn't mind I threw the tool bag on to Back40, seemed a natural fit and the Geyes saddle had the loops in the right spot!

    Thanks Peter!
