It may not be the prettiest belle at the ball, but I see potential in that tarnished penny. This is the condition I like to find them in because they're usually cheap...and I can scrub as well as anybody. Too many other projects at the moment, so someone please grab this and make it beautiful again. Unsure if the seller will ship, but no harm in asking.
