I have 2 classics and need parts. I just need to know where to get them, can anyone help me out?

All depends on the brand of bikes that you have and their approx. age.

So seems as though, from all the stories, that BikepartsUSA, BikeWorldUSA, Niagra Cycle Works, and ChoppersUS are the favored among the members correct? One question would be, given their name, are Bike Parts and Bike World affiliated in any way? If so, why are their prices not identical?

No. The people who run BikeWorld USA actually has a brick and mortar store in New York I believe. Don''t know the name.

Cool thanks for the clarification. Depending on who came first, I'd be a little peeved someone has a store with a name so close to mine for this very reason! Either way I think I'm gonna go with Niagara Cycle Works. They have everything I need and at (mostly) the best prices.

Another plug for Debbie at Bike World USA.

I bought a set of 26" x 2.125" white walls with brick tread for $29 shipped...to Texas. That's cheaper than my LBS!

As always she's quick to respond and extremely friendly.

????? I have a question. I have tried and tried to find some place on line that sells older vintage parts such as head lights and seats. Does anyone have any suggestions??? I have tried to use the BIKE shop on line that a few here have said so much good about. I know we are not supposed to bash on here so all i will say is the previous compliments given to this on line Bike shop no longer apply. I have tried them 3 times..all three times my order took almost 2 weeks to get to me...the parts were wrong..they sent it regular UPS when i paid overnight shipping ..and last thing...not one time did i get a sorry for the mix up.

So is there any place to buy parts on line???? I live in arizona and there are NO places out here with vintage parts of any kind. It's very frustrating

I can vouch for the great prices and quik delivery time that Michaels Cycles gives to his customers. I live 2 miles from a large LBS, and travel 12 miles to deal with Michael. He has a good inventory of every day maintenance stuff, and for the oddball tire or parts I have needed, its there the following Wednesday usually! A GREAT shop, with always a smile. And a nice friendly 3-legged shop cat. Thanks,Michael! AL

Check Ebay..there are usually a few on there. Most are pretty decent in price. I persoanlly have had some bad dealings with the on-line bike shops listed on here. bikeworldusa is hoorible. But there are many ebay sellers with good listings.
