I just Finished Completing a Paint Job for "PD" of Skull Skates.
Him and his Wife Lisa are Great People.

and you guys go on and on about my Skuller Cruisers and how it's all

Well...lets just say...All of PD's Bikes look even Better in Person.

Him and Lisa Have been Working their Buts off to Create an On-Line Museum of PD's Bike Collection..
and he has only Shown a Small Part of what he has...

Mostly Custom Referal repaints and Comercial Improvement work.

and The 1977 Hiawatha Shock Bike in The Museum was Mine,
I traded him that for a 333 Click Stick Shifter he had in his Stock Pile.
He Cleaned it up pretty good..

Those late 70's early 80's cruizers are pretty cool! I never even knew that class of bike existed. I guess I was too busy messing with VW's and starting my family during those years to notice.
 
Great trip on the wayback machine!! Yeah, I remember those bikes. I was a little too tall for BMX at the time (early 80's) and ran across the 26" cruiser class and fell in lust. At the same time, moutain bikes were coming into their own after morphing from their cruiser/BMX/klunker roots and I opted to go for the ride with gears and have rode MTB ever since...but if I could get my hands on a Cook cruiser, life would be good...

BTW, if anyone is interested in one of those mono-shock Huffys I have an ok one I would part with...
