They are fairly common over here in the Philippines. A couple of 20" NOS BMX frames I was working on have those smaller size crank bearings and cups. The shop only had the cottered style spindles for them.
The head bearings are an oddball size that I can't find, 1/16th inch narrower than the standard size. The shop told me to find an old bike and use those parts.
