Snyder built... could have been badged Rollfast, or other. If that's an '04' stamped before the 'EH', it is most likely a 1940.
Many thanks for your insight. And Yes that is "EH". With the information given and some poking around on the Rollfast site. It looks like this bike is a Boys Rollfast Camelback. It closely matches the picture in the 1936 catalog (although unable to zoom into picture better). The year is still in question. With no pictures of that bike from 1936 - 1940. Again Thank you and I will press on.
Yes that's 1940. From 1940 to the late 50's, Snyder made bikes used that reverse code for the year. Here's my 1942, Snyder made Hawthorne:
