I know that Jim Wilson passed last year, but I thought his family was going to keep BRnK going. I had been checking it a bit to see if there were any updates, but I hadn't been there in a while. Does anyone know if the family has any plans to bring it back? That site was an amazing source of creativity, it would be a shame if it's gone for good.

Somewhere John Brain said that they were working on the future of Bike Rod and Kustom, I think I read that Jim Wilson had all the stuff on his computors, and that it was going to take a while to get any new issues sorted out. I can see that. Sounds like things were in limbo for a while. The fact that it has a new URL and is up means that someone is working on it. I know the archives are all available still :D

I recall hearing something about John Brain continuing it also.

That's not a new URL though. It's always been hosted with Homestead and the sites always been accessible with that URL. He used to have the bikerodnkustom (or whatever it was) domain name pointing to that account.

For a while everthing went to like bikerodnkustom.com instead of having the homestead in there, and it was a dead link for a while. I'm just glad that something is cooking with it. :)

John Brain is on facebook and he recently said they were working on getting it going again. i guess everything was a mess after Jim Wilson passed away suddenly. Everything for Bike Rod and kustom was on Jim Wilsons computers Something is going on with it anyways. It looks like most of the old stuff is still out there still if you look in the right place.
