Frame and fork are built by Cleveland Welding Co. (CWC) circa 1936 give or take. Everything else is newer.

I'm not any kind of a builder but the frame has boardtrack written all over it to my eyes. Had anybody built one based on this frame?

Yep CWC...With the truss rods and double bar frame, make a Klunker out of it, it will be sweet.....
