here is my bike handmade

I just used from head tube has built bike peugeot
there are only painting that is being

I made the wheels with a three-speed hub and coaster brake
tube used was bent with an old folding

The pedalboard is a giant bearing on where I milled two shells aluminum
I cut the handle in the same material and welded it all
to hold together, I rolled a piece of flat iron welded on the frame

the fork is voluntarily without suspension to avoid touching the ground, rolling

I could not answer a lot because I'm not very good in English and translations are imperfect

up to photos:

Re: limo bike

You are truly gifted, please keep showing us your work.
Have anyone told you that those cranks are great? :D
And the shifter... man you think outside the box all right.
Congrats on the bike and thank you for sharing!

Re: limo bike

very great design dont stop build you have good ideeas
aboute aluminium welding you must to have minimum 4mm thick left to be strong enough
or weld and polish to be sure . my opinion

Re: limo bike

hello

welding I did as you said, this is the first time I weld aluminum
I learned the lesson for next time!

otherwise I'm happy because the painter is progressing well on the bike
I was amazed by his finishing work on the fork!
(Primed in gray)
I'm anxious to see the rest

I also show you the rod speed painting

the gear change to go on my torpedo and the bottom bracket mount ready

The bike will be finished next weekend
