Many people have a garage and a bunch of tools, and some have even machines such as lathe or milling machine or both

Love the stuff you do @ilia-45, my little lathe and my lack of skills mean I mainly make more mechanical pieces that are less for looks and more to make things work, but I did whip up this new ring the other day from the leftovers of a $2 aluminium torch I stripped for a bike headlight:
