Found this site doing research for a new product I'm making...

For those who have never seen it, here's my bike the day I got it:

First thing I did was make a plan with my buddy GMats to upgrade this thing and get it Hawaii trail ready.. Used brakes:

And an old 36 hole front hub...

Tore the front wheel down, got some weights and started working!

Split the front hub:

Some used cranks donated to the project from GMats:

And then started drilling the wheels to reduce weight...

I've been riding this thing every single day to work and back and on weekends on the trails. Best bike I've ever had.

Now I'm building a better bottom bracket.
It's got double sealed ball bearings, stainless cups and a 4140 heat treated spindle. There is also an alum tube that prevents over-tightening the bearings and o-rings to spindle for outer debris control. I'm offering these for the Beast (175mm) and the Dolomite (189mm). I'm not interested in making a bunch of these, but when dealing with a cnc lathe, if I'm making one, it's just as easy to make 20. Mostly a service to the community.

I'd be interested in 175 BB for the Beast.

I would also be interested in an individual spindle by itself, 140mm long if you can make one too.

Thanks let me know :)
