So me and my kid put this together out of a bunch of stuff we had kicking around its his first ratbike which I think came out really cool so far but I can't figure out what kind of frame it is any help would be great

if you noticed it has double toptubes
 
I was gonna say Rollfast., but the Ross feels like it makes more sense..
 
The dropouts and holes in the head tube verify Ross made. You should a have a serial number that starts with an R and then the next digit is year. R678898 would be a 1966 bike.
 
I looked for the webpage from 5 years ago that had the info on Ross serial numbers and can't find it. I was pretty sure it's a 66, going by the first number, but there are 8 digits in all the Ross serial numbers I just researched, so it may be a 65 if the first two digits are the year. Memory doesn't serve as well as it used to. Unless they made more than a million bikes in one year, they wouldn't need 8 digits in the serial number. Back then, 500,000 was the most I've heard of any bike company making. So I'm guessing 65.
