I want to ride a bike again

In 2009 I had a series of strokes in January and February, I was 48 yrs old then.
My oldest son was at the University of Idaho playing football, he had a Haro Mnt. bike. One morning he found only the frame,
the wheels were stolen. I have had the bike frame since. I gave my Schwinn Cruiser to my middle son, he is a junior at MBSU
Monterey Bay State University in CA.
I lost my balance due to my strokes, I couldn't ride my Cruiser more than 70 feet without falling left.
I saw a TV news clip in Idaho Falls, ID. that night my brain say yes, YES! could you guys build a bike or Trike for this old man (52)
I still want to ride a bike. This Haro frame is an off road, down hill bike. Could this frame be made into a three wheel Mnt. Bike?

ya, they sell all kinds trike kits that bolt on to a regular bike
