I haven't stopped smiling all day.. I'll have to wait until I have a day off to really work on it. I had about 20 minutes before work so I cleaned up the bad side a bit...

anyone know what this head badge used to look like? havent been able to find one shaped like this.
Maybe it not a badge but a license tag

Here’s mine. 1938 Western Flyer. I disassembled it and soaked everything in evapo-rust. The frame, fork, and fenders are at the powder coater. Still need to send the chrome off. It’s kind of on the back burner right now.

Here's a Huffman built Western Flyer I did quite a few years back.. I built the front end out of stainless 3/8" tubing.. This frame appears to be the same or similar to some of the radio bikes?

1938 Huffman built Western Flyer. Origional frame, fork, rims, and fenders. Bars by Adam Copeland. Truss bars are Electra. Brooks saddle. Tires are Street Hog from Classic Cycle. Sturmey Archer 2 speed kickback rear hub.
