I’m working on a motorized bike and I’m running 24x3 tires....they look so cool. I am however having clearance issues. I did I trick I saw on this forum years ago to lower and in my case extend the rear and the front us ok but now I have to deal with brakes. I could rebuild the wheels with disk hubs or drum hubs but that’s another expense. I could abandon the big tire plan but it looks great and skinnier tires would look wrong on this build. V brakes are an option since the posts are in front and I can braze some on in back maybe. I just don’t know. I’m just looking for advice

I would go with V brakes cuz you are halfway there and said that you could braze. However I don’t have experience with a motorized build so don’t know about stopping power needed there.
