Im a newb here, but that looks just like a 49 base model higgins I just got without the tank, but then again I dont know much.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that's a Murray built "Higgins". Nice score.

Hard to see in the pics, but generally older Murray frames have a 'collar' around the seat post area. These were made before the Flightliner style frames, w/their pointy rear dropouts arrived in 1958. -Adam
