Help dating this 20" Western Flyer

The only numbers I can read on the BB are: B08651 AC

Cleveland Welding, 1950-51ish. Don't see many of those in 20"! -Adam

Thanks Adam! Jpromo & I have been discussing this & that was his call also. Upon a closer look at the serial # I was able to see the tiny W inside the C. I guess that was one of the determining factors. My son pulled it out of a dumpster at his work & brought it to me. Amazing what people throw away!
