Those were good bikes for Haro. They did a good job making a nice entry level downhill"ish" bike. Looks like they swapped out the things everyone changed back then. Fork, stem, bars,........

Didn't come with triple tree forks so that's a plus

They were about $1k new
 
It's aluminum, and it's a bike that invites extreme shenanigans. Be careful to inspect the welds in high stress areas for cracks, especially under the steering tube. Give it the fingernail flick as well, should ping like a soda can. I'd check it out, I know a few spots to ride a bike like that.
