Gasser specifications:

Frame: 1980's Huffy 10 speed "Strider" (Gift from my Brother in law)
Air scoop: Moet & Chandon Champagne chiller bucket. (Gift from my Sister in law)
Fork: Chinese Schwinn 20" girls bike type (extended with Ariens snow blower handlebars)
Head light: recycled from old emergency lighting fixture.
Front wheel: Mongoose? alloy, 20" (thanks, RRB member "g-ratter")
Front tire: Tiandi 20 x 1.95
Rear tire: Cheng Shin 26 x 2.125
Rear wheel: 1956 JC Higgins- steel, 26" Komet super coaster brake
Crank: 1980's Huffy 10 speed "Strider"
BB: 1980's Huffy 10 speed "Strider"
Chain: Chinese Schwinn 20" girls bike type (extended second used chain section)
Bars: Ape type - unknown but heavy & old
Stem: 1969 Rollfast "Scoot" 20"
Pedals: Crappy plastic type - "free to me"
Seat post: Schwinn 1956 Jaguar bars (bent) (salvaged)
Grips: JC Higgins - "made in Mexico"
Saddle,bar and reflector: 1969 Rollfast "Scoot" 20"
Upholstery: 1984 Chev S-10 bench (velour)
Exhaust: recycled unknown car exhaust pipe.
Paint: Vintage Dupli-color 1970's Pontiac green metallic touch up. Rustoleum semi-gloss black.

Proud to say this build was extremely low cost, almost totally used and recycled vintage and old stuff!
Only new parts purchased for build were rear tire and tube - $15

I see some finished threads have a "before" picture, so I thought I would add one.

This is truly a recycle-rat! Wow, what a list of parts / donors! You achieved your goal of not making it look too "chopper-like". Bet it's a "gas-ser" to ride, looks like it fits you well!

I remember when we met for a ride this spring and I asked you if you were going to enter the build off. You had no plans to enter at that time but I like to think that ride planted the seed for this build. Maybe not, but I still like to think so. Great build, it is the finest $15 bike I have ever seen.
