Frame Markings?

These are some interesting Schwinn Frame Markings? Any idea what they mean? I assume one of the them is manu. #?

Some cities stamped the frames when the bikes were registered/licensed. That could be one explanation.

I guess thats possible however I think it most likely came from the Schwinn this way? Im sure there are a few Schwinn Guru's that know exactly what they all mean...Very interesting.....I love this bike!

Nice bike! March 08, 1951 manufacture date. Going by the H serial number. The paint looks very good.

I think that X number was added by someone after it was bought. I've never seen a Schwinn stamped like that. It's a different font. It's also at an angle and is upside down. I think Schwinn would have lined it up.

I agree with SSG, it's probably a licensing number of a city or a personal serial number.
