Had this given to me today not sure what it is. The twin top and middle tubes look like a couple space liner I've seen but couple things look different. Serial number is on the bottom bracket and is R67195810. Don't really care about value just want to put a name with the face.

Thanks to you too, I needed a puzzle to try solving :). Are you going to build it? I've taken after two former yard art bikes now and the extra layers of challenge make it kind of fun.
 
This is from the 1967 Ross catalog, page 9. it shows the Super Deluxe, but not offered in black. It looks like your bike is black under the pink spray.

I found this from a 62 catalog of a model called black hawk.

Also why would there be 5 holes where a head badge would be?

Back then there were more models than shown in the ads. My 66 Ross was a Coast King Riviera in black but not shown in ads. One of my early builds, from 2008 I think.

Ross bikes from the late 50's/60's can be IDed by the big fork crown, dropouts, and the 5 holes in the head tube. I don't know what the extra holes were for.
