May make a couple substitutions in there but shouldn't be too far off.

I did manage to clean out the rear hub last night and ended up breaking the shifter rod, replacement on the way.

That doesn't look like a shifter. and that Rail adapter is very cool, never seen one.

It's a locking brake lever, I just need it to pull on the toggle enough to switch gears, the spring in the hub will hold tension on the cable keeping it "locked" in place. (Fingers crossed of course)

The rail adapter is a bmx thing I believe. It is kind of limited in adjustment though so if its a fancy angled post you might be pushing your luck on the seat angle.

Any build with duct tape has my attention.
Good luck.

I have never seen a workshop so clean!!!! .... Looks like I need to go in and clean mine...
Seems like its all there, hope it all comes together....Good Luck...

done for tonight ... will finish grinding off whats left of the chain guard tabs tomorrow, and mess with the cables tomorrow probably. I think I'm going to weld the old c/g tab to the frame stander and bolt the coaster arm to it. The duct tape will come out later though

Trying to get that action shot nailed down. Do you have your mustache yet?

Not enough experience with a mustache I'm afraid, my chin beard was whipping something fierce though driving around for work with the windows down yesterday ... think I may stick with what I know
