So the 2017 running of the Crested Butte Chainless World Championships is a week away! I am pretty excited about the event. Will be my second year competing. Last year I rode my JC Higgins Flightliner rat in the race and did fairly well, top ten if I recall. This year is different. I want to be a little more competitive, so I built a bike specifically for the event during the winter build off, Mint Chocolate Chip: http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/index.php?threads/mint-chocolate-chip.102824/ I will be heading out Thursday. Hopefully will be able to do some fine tuning to the ride beforehand. I have done little to no testing, want to install a front brake, and have a very minimal helmet... wish me luck!
