Bike hauler trailer from old minivan

Scrapped Chrysler minivan years ago and saved rear portion. Would like light trailer to pull behind car and haul a couple of bikes. Flipped it upside down and started working on a tongue for it.

As brakes were seized, torched the brake shoe attachment springs and gutted the brake system.
Section I saved is about 5 ft long so gonna add 2 ft to the front deck over the tongue.

First cut looks interesting. Will be dedicated to bicycles or dual purpose?

The idea is a bike hauler and other light duty.
To be pulled by small car.

My friend has a van trailer but heavier than crap...and looks like crap too. But its still kinda handy.

Got it to the test drive stage, with wheels on so I can move it around. Good so far gotta take pics after the box is done.
