BF Goodrich Black Phantom and ? Schwinn

Few barn picks from today. Any ideas what the green one is and appx value of each? Nothing has been touched yet, they collected dirt for 40 years.

Serial puts the Black Phantom at 56. Doesn't look like the seat is original. I do have the rack and another seat but I think it's the original one to the green bike below.

I'd say the black one's in the $400+ range depending on the person, people pay insane price's on Schwinn's. Green one less because of the missing tank $300+ range, again with Schwinn's price's can go insane. I'm not really a Schwinn guy so $300 & $400 are what I'd try and get them for, in all honesty sky's the limit with 50s Schwinn ballooners.

The three Schwinn's I have consist of a 1958 Hornet with perfect survivor paint, got that for $150.
A 1948 DX I pulled out of a dumpster, and a 1948 Spitfire I got for $100 off craigslist. So I might not be the best Schwinn appraiser .
