This memorial weekend we went to Lawerence Ks. for Art Tougeaeu ( art to go ). Its an art car and bicycle event with show and a parade thru downtown Lawerence. Ive put together an art car, my 1993 Ford Festiva covered in Monopoly money.

We had a great time, maybe next year we can get some more Wichita and KC people with cool bikes to go.

Did the fan driven Izetta actually work? Now there's a vehicle that wouldn't get tailgated for long.

Yes, yes the fan drive did power the car, he was moving when I snapped the pic, he was the last car in the parade.
In fact, it was documented that the car setup with skies, on a big open lake, had reached the speed of 120 mph, the same speed that the 190 horsepower engine would fly the airplane it came out of.

Dan the car looks great! I didn't realize it was this past weekend. Is it always Memorial weekend? We'll try and go next year. Anxious to hear about it next time we see you.
