Anyone used a sealed headset for threaded 1" on a crusier?

odds are the cup size on that road/mtb headset is smaller than what you need to fit an american cruiser frame. i'm not sure what's out there in a 1" bmx (slightly larger cup diameter) sealed unit (try 'dan's competition', maybe?)....most cruisers don't rack up the mileage for a sealed one to be that much help. fwiw, the non-sealed tioga 'bear trap 2' is much nicer than most oem headsets

chris king headsets can be gotten threaded and in custom cup sizes. not cheap but if you want the best well.......
