5 neg out of 1200 is good...don't see a reason not to trust the seller.
i'd ask EXACTLY what the size is (ie, Schwinn specific) so you'll know what rim they'll fit.

Those Red tires can be found at Coker Tires on the internet...... I don't know about the ones listed on eBay, but the Coker versions are excellent.

Yuppers, I bought a set of those off this guy and the transaction went through without a hitch, I put those sweet red tires on my Colsen Commander, free tubes too! Im not saying things cant go wrong, just that it went smooth for me heres two pics, before and after.
